- Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
- Yes. Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan — you pay the courier when your order arrives. You can also pay in advance via bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.
- How long does delivery take?
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, and most deliveries arrive within 2–5 working days depending on your city. We share courier and tracking details on WhatsApp once your order ships.
- Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
- Yes, we deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners, including all major cities and most towns.
- How long do the perfumes last?
- Most of our perfumes are Eau de Parfum and last around 6–10 hours depending on the scent, your skin, the weather, and how you apply it. Each product page lists its expected longevity and projection.
- Will the perfume last in hot weather?
- Our perfumes are blended with Pakistan’s climate in mind. For the longest wear in heat, apply to moisturised pulse points and avoid rubbing your wrists together. Fresh scents feel lighter in summer; oud and amber suit cooler evenings.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, Easypaisa, and JazzCash. For manual payments, we share account details at checkout and dispatch once payment is confirmed.
- Can I return or exchange a perfume?
- Yes. If something isn’t right, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery. Unopened products in original packaging can be exchanged, and we replace any item that arrives damaged or incorrect at no extra cost.
- How do I track my order?
- Once your order ships, we send the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp. You can also message us anytime with your order number for an update.
